      HOW DO I ACCESS MY BLUEPRINT CASES ON THE BRACES ON DEMAND WEB APP?

      Individual BLUEPRINT cases on the Braces On Demand Web App can be found in two places. Click your name in the upper right corner, then select: 

      • My Account > Billing > Expand the Individual Case ID# to see any charges.
      • BLUEPRINT Cases. This will give you a full list of your cases shipped and any associated charges by patient.
